We’ll start with a kickoff meeting to align expectations, gather any necessary background materials, and map out a project plan. This will also include meeting your team and understanding your organization’s current culture and systems.

Even though I’m taking this high-hanging fruit off your plate, this phase is highly collaborative. I’ll regularly check in with you and other key stakeholders, share progress updates, and adjust plans as needed to stay on top of your business outcomes.

Before finalizing any deliverables or transitioning out of this interim role, I’ll present the work for you to review, gather your feedback, and make revisions to ensure it meets your needs and expectations.
