I’ve always been drawn to helping people navigate complexity. Translating tension into understanding and turning big culture goals into everyday behaviors that work for everyone.
That instinct to teach, build trust, and make growth accessible has shaped every step of my career.
It’s taken me from advocating for workplace equity with the Human Rights Campaign to driving international initiatives through NGO and UN collaborations, to consulting with organizations around the world on inclusion and leadership development.
Along the way, I’ve combined formal training — a Bachelor's in Conflict Resolution, a Masters in Adult Education, and an Executive Certificate from Georgetown University's Institution of Transformational Leadership — with the active pursuit of continued learning, including the SHRM-CP certification, to stay on the leading edge of people development.
